Responsibilities:

• Run, optimize and scale Google Ads advertising campaigns to achieve maximum results;
• Analyze data and identify effective strategies to improve ROI;
• Creating advertisements and landing pages to optimize conversion and improve user experience;
• Regular monitoring of advertising campaigns and making necessary changes to improve their effectiveness.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and the ability to use data to optimize advertising campaigns
• Experience in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on search and remarketing advertising (black hat experience is a must)
• Experience in conducting AB tests and developing hypotheses to improve conversion and user experience of experience
• Experience with budgets from $15K
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset
