We are seeking an experienced Paid Search expert, who can work in a demanding and fast-paced environment. We are a growing and evolving company managing multiple e-commerce websites across various industries as well as many proprietary brands. There’s never a dull moment when you are developing strategies and implementing them across some of the largest e-commerce destinations in America, including OpticsPlanet.com, CampSaver.com, Dvor.com, and more! We carry over 4,500 brands across 2000+ different product categories.
Duties & Responsibilities- Plan, build and implement pay-per-click strategies for our paid search platforms (Google, Bing, Yahoo, and more).
- Manage campaigns with a data-driven approach to maximize ROI on a variety of search engines and achieve business KPI goals.
- Scale new and existing paid media channels to improve various KPIs
- Test and analyze keywords, bids, ad copy, landing pages, and ad types.
- Utilize insights from our advertising partners, advanced tools, internal reports, and analytics to take performance to a higher level.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly trends and KPIs across all channels.
- Generate, analyze, and report on performance while providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing teams like Design, Web Content, SEO, Copywriting, and others to improve campaign performance through landing page optimization, content creation, and bid strategy alignment to improve business KPIs.
- Be in the know on the latest trends and news in paid search and digital advertising to improve the performance of our campaigns.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements- Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent.
- 3+ Years of Paid Advertising experience.
- Experience directly managing large ad budgets of at least $250K in ad spend.
- Analytical and critical thinker who can execute methodically.
- Strong data-driven analytical and quantitative skills with a keen ability to translate analysis into actionable insights and business decisions.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities and get things done efficiently.
- Required platform experience: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads.
- Experience at a paid media agency or large in-house team is preferred.
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Hands-on bid management platform expertise is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel and overall comfort with software, technology, and the internet preferred.
- Familiarity with social PPC platforms, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing and more is a plus but not required.
This is a remote position, with direct management in the US. We are looking for an specialist with a vast experience. Strong English is a MUST.
