Your main responsibilities:
- Campaign creation and optimization: Plan, run and manage Google Ads campaigns, focusing on CPL and CPS. 
- Development of advertising materials: help in preparing short notes for landing pages and ads. 
- Analysis and reporting: Analyze data with Google Analytics, Power BI and AppsFlyer and generate reports on the results. 
- Competitive analysis: study the market and target audience to improve campaigns. - Budget management and testing: Control budgets and A/B test ads and strategies. 

What we are looking for:
- Work experience: at least 2 years as a PPC specialist. 
- Brief writing skills: ability to create clear and detailed technical recommendations. ?
- Portfolio of cases: examples of successful projects with explanations of the achieved results. 
- Mastery of tools: experience with Google Ads (Search, UAC, GDN, PMax) and analytics systems. 
- Results orientation: ability to achieve established KPIs.
