We embrace the We over Me culture.Job Description:Fintech Farm is seeking a dynamic Mobile Paid Acquisition Specialist to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on driving growth and expansion through innovative and strategic Google Ads campaigns. If you’re passionate about leveraging digital technologies to achieve remarkable results, we want you on our team!Your Responsibilities:— Develop and refine advertising strategies across multiple channels, with a primary focus on Google Ads, to meet specific product objectives.— Manage the setup, execution, and optimization of all types of Google Ads campaigns (focusing on UAC, but also Search Campaigns, Video Campaigns, Performance Max etc)— Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights.— Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to define target audiences, craft effective messaging, and select appropriate advertising tactics.— Collaborate with with Google Ads team— Perform A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.— Work with internal teams to streamline processes related to ad creation and management.Experience & Requirements:— 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, specifically managing Google Ads search campaigns for apps.— Deep understanding of key paid acquisition metrics such as CPI, CPC, CTR, LTV, ROAS/ROMI.— Proficiency in Google Analytics and Firebase; experience with Tag Manager is a plus.— Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Adjust, or similar.— Strong background in using analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer, Singular, Tableau, Amplitude, Looker).— Understanding of SKAdNetwork (SKAD).— Proficiency in English (at least B2 level).— Analytical and data-driven mindset.— Experience with Web2App flow is highly desirable.— Experience with other traffic sources (Meta, TikTok, X, in-app, etc.) is a significant plus.— Familiarity with integrating various types of optimization events (CAPI, frontend events, third-party analytics events, server events) into accounts.
