Post-Production Producer (Midl - Senior Level) in Guys Who Shoot

We are Guys Who Shoot, a creative video production company that specializes in creating bright digital campaigns, commercials, branded content and animation projects. We work with leading agencies, brands and teams that value style, quality and clear production.

We are currently looking for a Post-Production Producer (Midl-Senior Level) for full-time employment - a person who understands what a good flow in post-production looks like and knows how to not just "watch videos", but to reduce the process to the final result without facaps.

What you will do:

- Supervise post-production at all stages: editing, color correction, 2D/3D animation, sound design, titles, subtitles.

- Check all versions of the editing — from drafts to final — for errors, inaccuracies, compliance with TK and aesthetics.

- Organize and lead projects through the pipeline: from the first draft rendering to the final delivery to the client.

- Calculate budgets for animation projects (2D/3D) - both time and financial.

- Communicate with editors, motion designers, colorists, composers and other post-specialists.

- Manage tasks in Worksection - we are all we track clearly and systematically.

- Cooperate with the producer and project manager; with the client is minimal.

What is important:

- The main part of the work is filmed projects (about 80%), so experience in editing control is a must.

- The other part is animation projects (2D/3D). A deep technical understanding is not necessary, but you must know what processes are included and be able to manage them.

- Experience as a post-producer or post-production coordinator — from 2 years.

- Ability to draw up and clearly formulate TOR for the team.

- Responsibility, self-organization and critical thinking are your must-have skills.

- Basic understanding of Adobe Premiere / After Effects / Resolve will be a plus.
