Portfolio Development Lead in Coca Cola HBC Ukrayina, Virmeniya ta Moldova

About your new job:
 This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and promo strategies tailored to each brand. It ensures effective implementation of marketing initiatives, adaptation and activation of materials in the local market, and consistent communication.

Portfolio Development Lead also leads key projects such as new launches and events, manages the marketing budget, and coordinates external suppliers and partners. The role supports brand growth through impactful strategies, budget efficiency, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

You can be successful in this role if:

• You develop marketing campaigns and promo strategies tailored to each brand;
• You ensure the effective implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions;
• You adapt, create, and activate marketing materials in the local market;
• You monitor and manage marketing communication activities;
• You plan, manage, and control the marketing budget;
• You lead major marketing projects, including new launches and events;
• You coordinate the services of suppliers and external partners.
   

Our new team member needs to:

• Have relevant experience, preferably in FMCG or Retail;
• Be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel;
• Be fluent in English;
• Be proactive, energetic, and passionate;
• Have strong client interaction experience and excellent communication skills;
• Possess an entrepreneurial and independent spirit, unafraid of new challenges;
• Be agile and think outside the box.

The main office of the company is located in Velyka Dymerka. Corporate buses are provided from metro stations Chernihivska and Lybidska, and also, from the city of Brovary and the settlements of Velyka Dymerka, Bohdanivka, Kalyta.
