Basic requirements:

• Higher education in Psychology, Sociology, or Law.
• Experience conducting interviews
• Possible experience in conducting internal investigations
• Experience in consulting and supporting staff
• High level of communication skills
• Skills in risk analysis and behavior person
• Willingness to travel, no more than once a month
• Knowledge of banking will be an additional advantage

• Conducting polygraph testing of candidates and employees of the Bank
