Our mission is to deliver technology-driven solutions that meet the unique needs of our government clients, enabling them to achieve their objectives effectively and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesConduct research and analysis on policies and regulations to support decision-making processesEvaluate the impact of proposed policy changes and provide recommendations based on research findingsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment of policies with organizational objectivesPrepare policy briefs, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholdersMonitor and track policy developments and communicate relevant updates to stakeholdersParticipate in policy development and review processes, providing input and recommendationsIdentify gaps and areas for improvement in existing policies and propose solutionsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in policy analysis and developmentRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Policy Analyst or related roleStrong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sourcesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information in a clear and concise mannerAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levelsProficiency in policy analysis techniques and toolsKnowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and compliance frameworksBachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field.
