We are scaling and looking for aPMO Manager who will build a unified approach to project management within all areas of the group.
You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of project management, project portfolio and effective interaction between teams, project managers and management.
Basic tasks
Development and implementation of a unified project management methodology (templates, procedures, reporting).
Project portfolio management: control of statuses, risks, resources and budgets.
Coordination of work of Project Managers and interaction with CTO, Commercial Director, Procurement.
Experience in the field of energy, development or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
Practical experience of simultaneous work with several projects (EPC, development, service directions).
Knowledge of PMBOK or Agile methodologies is a plus.
System thinking and the ability to build processes from scratch.
