We are looking for a PMO coordinator/manager who will be responsible for coordinating projects, controlling deadlines and ensuring transparency of reporting.

 Your daily tasks will be:

        Portfolio operational management

  • Ensures monitoring of project implementation: monitors adherence to deadlines, budgets, scope
  • Organizes and conducts regular status meetings with project managers
  • Coordinates the distribution of resources between projects, resolves loading conflicts
  • Maintains the relevance of data in PPM systems (dashboards, roadmaps, other reporting)
  • Maintenance of project and portfolio management standards

Governance

  • Control of implementation of approved standards, refinement of templates, project management procedures
  • Prepares materials for team training, onboarding of new PMs, knowledge sharing sessions
  • Develops practical instructions, checklists for typical scenarios
  • Conducts project health checks, detects early warning signals
  • Ensures compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements
  • Organizes lessons learned sessions, records best practices and anti-patterns
  • Prepares analytics for the PMO manager: trends, in-depth analysis of the causes of problems, recommendations
  • Is the first point of contact for project managers in the event of problems
  • Prepares materials for committees and helps project managers with steering committees

For successful work, we expect from you:

  • Higher education (preferably in the field of project management, IT, business administration)
  • Minimum 4 years of management experience projects/programs                  
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in PMO or similar structures
  • Confident knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)      
  • Confident command of PPM tools (Jira, MS Project or similar)   
  • Experience in capacity planning, resource management, portfolio reporting    
  • Skills for working with data: Excel (advanced), Power BI or similar        
  • Basic understanding of IT architecture, SDLC, DevOps practices information
  • Open mind and flexibility: readiness to create/accept new ideas, adapt the environment to changes
  • Learning and development: readiness for continuous improvement, quick mastering of new tools and practices
