Planning Specialist/Planner in Jabil Circuit Ukraine LLC

Vacancy Description:

The glider is responsible for interaction with clients on ordering orders and the organization of shipments of manufactured products. His duties include the development of a realistic operational plan, control over its implementation, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 

Basic requirements :

• Knowledge of English at Intermediate and above;
• experienced MS Office user;
• orientation; 
• Analytical thinking;
• Initiative, attentiveness, self -organization, responsibility; 
• the desire for learning and self -development; 
• Knowledge and principles of work in ERP & Mrp (SAP);
  

Responsibilities:

• Communication with the customer and the product. with preliminary risk analysis and assessment;
• daily updating, planning the implementation of the plan, coordination of shipments; 
• Management of material inventories and optimization of available resources (materials, human resources, production capacity);
• cooperation with other units; 
• Active participation in planned functional and cross-functional meetings (as a participant or as a process leader);
