Planning Manager (Innovation) in Ajax Systems

And Ajax sensors protect 2.5 million users in more than 187 countries of the world. The position involves reporting to the head of MRP.

Responsibilities and responsibilities:

• Development of innovative development strategy in the area of ​​responsibility.< /li>
• Achieving key KPIs.
• Responsible for launching New Product Development (NPD).
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including MRP, R&D and PM, with the goal of ensuring alignment of manufacturing efforts and overall business strategy development.
• Manage the MRP process and inventory planning for NPD, including forecasting demand, maintaining accurate inventory records, and developing purchasing plan recommendations.
• Ensure timely placement of orders and timely receipt of inventory.
• Participate in the development of new methodologies to improve planning process and results.
• Monitor production and development progress, identify problems and implement corrective actions as necessary .
• Creating and automating reporting.
• Acting as a SCM business partner for the R&D team.
• Controlling the activity and development of the 1C support team (master-data).< /li>

Requirements for the successful candidate:

• Master's degree (finance/planning/project management preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders.
• Commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills: Candidates must have the ability to think critically, work outside the box and make decisions problems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and communication skills influence.
• Result-oriented with the ability to plan and execute tasks according to project deadlines.
• Native Ukrainian, pre-intermediate English language skills.
• Knowledge MS office, Jira and 1C will be an added advantage.
