Planning department specialist (Planner) in Jabil Circuit Ukraine LLC

Basic requirements:

• knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above;
• experienced user MS Office;
• result orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, attentiveness, self-organization, responsibility, desire for learning and self-development;
• knowledge and principles of work in ERP & MRP (SAP) systems will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• communication with the customer, analytical work with forecasted sales and production indicators
• creating a production plan with preliminary analysis and risk assessment;
• daily updating, monitoring the implementation of the plan, coordination of shipments;
• management of material stocks and optimization of available resources (materials, human resources, production capacities);
• cooperation with other units;
• active participation in planned functional and cross-functional meetings (as a participant or as a process leader);
