The position requires work experience in divisions that carry out planning and financial work with finances in the medical or budgetary sphere. The main functional and job duties: participation in the development of the project of the Procedure for the Implementation of the Medical Guarantee Program and will prepare materials for making changes to the Procedure for the Implementation of the Medical Guarantee Program guarantees; participation in working groups on the calculation of the cost of medical services (calculation of the capitation rate for the provision of primary medical care, etc.), you will perform the duties of the secretary of the groups (keeping minutes of group meetings); form calculations for the project of the Medical Guarantee Program for the next period at all stages of the budget process, in particular in the areas of primary medical care, emergency medical care, reimbursement, specialized medical care; prepare proposals for individual documents used in the budget process, various analytical materials and calculations for the Medical Guarantee Program, as well as monitor and make changes to the limits for medical service packages. Basic requirements for candidates: Knowledge of NPA, experience in cost planning and making calculations for the Budget request. Excellent skills in working with basic computer programs (MS Office, accounting programs). Ability to analyze, compare, work with large data sets, combine several sources into one array, separate some data from different sources and creation of a single. Additional requirements: Confident user of MS Office (Excel - summary tables, data slices, complex formulas according to conditions, formation of automatic checks). Personal qualities: 1. Ability to work in a team. 2. Excellent communication skills.
