The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
• Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.
• Providing monthly help desk reports.
• Designing, maintaining and supporting the network infrastructure.
• Monitoring system performance and ensuring reliability and availability.
• Recommending infrastructure solutions to meet business requirement in compliance with IT policy & procedure.
• Providing Level 2 support and troubleshooting as and when required.

The Profile

• Skills required: Core PHP, MYSQL
• 5-4 years of proven experience as a Core PHP Developer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Core PHP (Version >= 7.0), with a good understanding of its ecosystem and the latest PHP standards
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
• Understanding of MVC design patterns and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
