Tasks and zones of influence:
- Photo studio and retouching planning ;
- Organization of shooting for internal and external customers;
- quality control and compliance with the customer's guides; Schemes of light, guides/training of new staff;
- Control and proposals for optimizing content production costs;
- Updating freelancers: photographers/stylists/retouchers/models. Casting;
- Order control in photo studios and submission of applications for the purchase of the required: Equipment. Studio clothing, cosmetics, etc.;
- Keeping the salary of the unit and submission to the management management. Important to us:
- Knowledge of processes and features light, understanding of retouching and work of stylists;
- experience of team formation and improvement of processes;
- sense of style, understanding of trends;
- excel, Google Docs.
Ideal if: <> have a photographer's experience and practice and know how to work with studio light.
