< Main duties: 1. Ensuring the operation of the warehouse in full compliance with regulatory requirements:

• control of compliance with the Licensing conditions for conducting economic activities for the production of medicinal products, wholesale and retail trade of medicinal products, import of medicinal products (in terms of wholesale trade);
• implementation of the rules and conditions of storage of medicines in warehouses, taking into account the temperature regime, physical and chemical properties of medicines, sanitary and hygienic requirements, fire safety rules and safety techniques;

2. Ensuring the reception, storage and dispensing of medicines, their placement in accordance with established requirements and taking into account the most rational use of storage space at the pharmacy warehouse;

3. Keeping records of medicinal products, primary accounting documentation (expense invoices, goods and transport invoices, relevant Acts, Protocols, etc.), namely:

• when receiving medicinal products;
• when shipping medicines;
• when returning medicines;
• when conducting an inventory;
• when destroying medicines.

4. Document flow control in accordance with company requirements and License Terms;

5. Organization of the inventory of medicines in the pharmacy warehouse;

6. Control of the provision of services by outsourcing companies, control of the necessary maintenance, compliance with the plan of validation measures; 

7. Development, approval of standard operating procedures with a description of the work processes of the pharmacy warehouse, which relate to its work;

8. Managing the work of staff at the pharmacy warehouse;

9. Conducting staff training at the pharmacy warehouse, which is related to the work of the pharmacy warehouse, planned and if necessary;

10. Work with complaints regarding import and distribution;

11. Execution of all necessary processes in computerized systems (1C, WMS, SAP);

12. Organization of work at the pharmacy warehouse in accordance with the current labor regulations, labor protection and fire safety, compliance with pharmacy regulations and personal hygiene;

13. Bearing responsibility for the proper sanitary condition of warehouses, for the availability and serviceability of fire-fighting equipment, equipment, inventory, ensuring timely repairs.

Main requirements:

1. Higher pharmaceutical education (pharmacist) at least second (master's) level; 
documents (standard operating procedures, policies and procedures);
2. Knowledge of GхP rules (proper pharmaceutical practices);
3. Knowledge of normative legal acts of the current legislation of Ukraine (laws, resolutions, orders, regulations, instructions, etc.) that relate to the import and wholesale trade of medicinal products, as part of their duties;
4. Knowledge of the terms of contracts that relate to issues of provision qualities;
5. A confident PC user: Microsoft Office, 1C, WMS and SAP;
6. Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level or higher.
