Project management manager:

• Develops and approves the charter and calendar plan of the project;
• Develops the project implementation plan and the work plan of the modular groups;
• Manages the project, project budget, resources;
• Assigns tasks to the leaders of modular groups, maintains the project plan, and also monitors its weekly updates;
• Responsible for the final result and achievement of project goals;
• Constantly monitors the work of the heads of modular groups;

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (specialty — technological engineer in pharmacology, civil engineer, mechanical engineer, energy engineer).
• Knowledge in the field of project management, experience in the field of project management at least 2 years.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage. It is necessary to understand the processes of pharmaceutical production, serialization (2D coding).
• Knowledge of the basics of investment project management.
• Knowledge of the English language at the level — Upper•intermediate.
• A confident user of MS Office, AutoCad, MSProject — a must; Revit is desirable.
• Personal qualities: responsibility, result-oriented, ability to work in a team, independent decision-making, self-organization, flexibility, analytical thinking, proactivity.
