• Work experience from 1 year in the field of nutrition in the positions of Administrator, Training Trainer, Manager;
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine;
• Work experience in the kitchen;

• Ability and desire to teach and work with people;
• Skills in writing manuals and checklists .

Main tasks:

• Organization and training for new bakery employees;
• Creation and implementation of training methods;
• Constant communication with bakery employees to create a trusting atmosphere and prevent possible difficulties in the team;
• Control of the quality of the work of employees;
• Help in case of shortage employees.
