Personnel training specialist with knowledge of the Bulgarian language in 1CallCenter

Your tasks :

• Participate in staff training and adaptation
• Develop and implement trainings aimed at the development of soft skills of personnel and the fulfillment of KPIs.
• Maintain the relevance of training materials (scripts, cases, etc.)
< li style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">Conduct initial training

From you we expect:

• Desire to develop in the field of personnel training: development and conducting of trainings, seminars , webinars, etc.
• time management skills
• Proficiency in Bulgarian language at an advanced level
• sales skills
• confidently use a PC, work with MS Office programs (Access, Excel, Power Point, Word, WordPad), experience with LMS will be an advantage.
