Personnel training specialist in NovaPay

NovaPay Financial Company (GC "Nova") announces the opening of a vacancy < strong style="font-weight: 700">"Personnel training specialist"

Requirements:

• work experience of 2 years in a similar position;
• knowledge of tools for teaching adults;
• understanding of L&D trends in Ukraine;
• confident PC user;
• fluency in the Ukrainian language.

Primary responsibilities:

• organization, provision and coordination of training on the development of corporate and management competencies, professional training;
• analysis and selection of best practices, providers for solving business problems through educational initiatives;
• participation in drafting budget of the department for training;
• work with primary documents (contracts, invoices, acts of services rendered);
• organization and development of training projects, launch of new training programs (soft & hard skills);
• analysis of the effectiveness of the conducted training (reports, feedback questionnaires); 
• participation in creating or updating electronic courses.
