Functional responsibilities:

• Participate in the organization of work to provide the branch with employees of the necessary professions, specialties and qualifications according to the level and profile of the training they received and business qualities.
• Participate in the development of personnel policy and personnel strategy of the branch and its transshipment complexes, organize work on forecasting and determining the need for personnel based on plans for the economic and social development of the branch and its transshipment complexes. 
• Communicate with other enterprises in matters of personnel selection.
• Organize training, retraining and advanced training of personnel, practical training of young specialists during their internship at the branch and transshipment complexes.
• Prepare orders for training and admission to independent work of first-timers and when transferring to other workers positions.
• Develop plans for professional training, retraining, and advanced training of personnel.
• Prepare orders, develop plans, monitor implementation, report on the completion of technical training in the branch and its transshipment complexes. 
• Keep records of the work on the training and improvement of the qualifications of personnel, analyze the quality indicators of training results and its effectiveness (changes in the professional qualification and position composition of employees, the increase in labor productivity, wages, etc.).
• Ensure the timely compilation of the established reporting on personnel training, its submission in accordance with the established procedure to the relevant authorities and its entry into the database of the Enterprise automated personnel management system (hereinafter - ASUP Enterprise).
• Keep records and keep job descriptions of branch employees.
• Cooperate with employment centers, conduct work on placing ads and searching for candidates to fill vacant positions on websites and other search sources .
• Organize and ensure compliance of personnel documentation with legislation in the field of labor, in the field of personal data protection and the requirements of the branch's quality management system.
• Register contracts and prepare materials for conducting production-technical and pre-diploma practice for students of higher educational institutions.
