 Who are we looking for? You are an ideal candidate if:

• You have work experience in the field of education (minimum 3 months).
• You know training methods and service quality standards.
• You have leadership qualities and the ability to organize the work of a team.
• You have a high level of Google Docs and Excel.
• Responsible, sociable and motivated to development.
• English at B1 level will be an advantage.

• Conducting training and education for operators.
• Tracking and ensuring compliance with KPI standards.
