Responsibilities for this position:

• Training of new employees
• Training and support for all store employees< /li>
• Development of educational programs;
• Creation of educational materials (electronic courses, presentations, tests, memos, and the like);
• Reporting on work performed;

• Evaluation of the work of salespeople according to work standards and their training based on the received evaluation.

Requirements:

• Draw up a training and training plan for new employees;
• Constant support, assistance and optimization of the work of store employees;
• Working with the TOMATO program (filling, control);
• Skills develop an educational event - the theoretical part (training or webinar content) and materials for conducting a presentation event, activity;
• Ability to work in PowerPoint. It is desirable (but not necessary) to know the basic functions of such programs as Photoshop and illustrator (perhaps other programs, such as Figma or the Canva site);
• Basic skills in working with Excel.
