Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for keeping records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists
• Responsible for the examination of primary documents during employment, transfer, dismissal
• Interacts with the candidate and eliminates inconsistencies
• Provides advice on filling out the candidate’s personal letter and autobiography
• Accompanies candidates in the process of drawing up an employment contract, dismissal and transfer
• Informs employees of personnel orders regarding hiring, dismissal, transfers and vacations
• Keeps personal files and work books of employees
• Interacts with company employees on issues of personnel administration and labor relations

• Proficiency in accounting systems: ERP, MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint at the level of a confident user
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts, methodological materials regarding work with personnel, personnel accounting, personnel management
