Requirements for the candidate(s):

• Full higher education in the field of economics, management, personnel management will be an advantage.
• Experience of 2 years in a similar position with mandatory management of personnel records.
• Excellent communication skills and openness in interaction with people, active life position.
• Attention, systematicity, consistency, ability to learn quickly. 
• A confident user of Excel, Word, 1C, Outlook.

Main responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates for open vacancies of the SOCAR gas station network and office units (advertising, conducting interviews, coordination and support of the candidate until and during employment in the company).
• Full cycle of HR administration (recruitment, transfer, vacations, report cards, dismissal, etc.) and the creation of documentation upon request.
• Coordination of the process of adaptation of new employees, team development and training, off-boarding in case of employee dismissal.
• Labor market monitoring, preparation of reports, participation in the improvement of HR processes.

Working conditions:

• Duration probationary period in accordance with the requirements and norms of the law. 
• Short-term business trips within the region are possible.
