Job Description
The role of the HR Specialist is to work as part of the HR team to process the hiring of new employees, changes in employment and general communication with staff and providing support in other matters related to human resources.
To be successful in this position, the candidate must perform the main duties independently or special working conditions are required.
Main tasks and responsibilities hired for work
Ensure that relevant forms, internal policies and other documents are understood, signed by employees and documented.
Maintenance and updating of personal files of employees, constant audit of files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Candidate screening and saving information in personal folders.
Introduce new employees, conduct onboarding and training.
Processing of primary documentation for calculation and payment of wages (acceptance, transfer, dismissal).
Collaborate with IT and system support staff to ensure new email account setup and necessary network and system access.
Monitorsingle attendance, absence due to public holidays, sick leave or business trip to verify whether employees are at their workplaces.
Work in the HRIS information system and employee database.
Ensuring employment control.
Providing information and assistance to personnel and management on human resources and other work issues; answer questions from employees about problems related to the HR department and their resolution.
Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality of all employee records and other information.
with patients, replenishment of stocks of basic pharmaceuticals and other medical products.
Follow the International Medical Corps Code of Conduct and internationally recognized humanitarian principles.
Perform any other tasks as required and discussed with his/her supervisor.
Typically 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
Knowledge of labor legislation.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent PC suite knowledge and HRIS system knowledge.
Excellent knowledge of personnel administration processes.
Good organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Well developed personal skills.
Language: Fluency in spoken and written English.
