Professional requirements: Work experience of 2 years: personnel training manager, internal trainer, recruiter, HR manager; experience of working in an international company is welcome; Good knowledge of occupational health and safety, labor regulation and payment systems, experience in the development and implementation of CRI; Higher education - bachelor's, specialist or master's degree; Fluency in standard office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Adobe Reader etc.); Level of knowledge of the English language: intermediate and above (possibility of oral and written business communication).
