Job description:

Recruitment and selection of candidates

Introductory training of employees and organization of training

Management of employee evaluations and conflicts

Reconciliation of layoffs and motivational interviews

Development of internal procedures

Cooperation with managers in planning of human resources

Requirements:

Min. 2-3 years of experience in HR

Knowledge of labor law

Recruitment management skills

Communication skills and ability to work in a team

Very good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)

Ability to work with MS Office and recruitment systems

We offer:

Employment contract (8.00-17.00, 5 days per week)

Salary: PLN 7,000 - PLN 8,500 gross/month.
