Despite the difficult times, our team continues to grow, and at the same time, we continue to improve operational processes within the company. That is why we are expanding the HR team and are looking for an attentive and responsibleSpecialist in personnel service and military accounting.


What we will need help with:

1. Personnel administration:

  • Maintenance of electronic personnel document flow in the Vchasno system;
  • Maintenance of personnel orders: hiring, granting of vacations, transfer to other positions, business trips, dismissal, etc.;
  • Formation and maintenance of personal files of employees, making changes in them related to labor activities;
  • Working with employee work books;
  • Management of personnel contractual documentation: preparation of gig contracts, employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, preparation of additional dismissal agreements, preparation of additional agreements on revision of wages, etc.;

  • Development of internal local acts in the field of labor relations;
  • Accounting of working hours of employees;
  • Development of official instructions;
  • Preparation and submission of reports to state bodies, etc.;
  • Participation (if necessary) in other processes of the HR department.

2. Military record: 

  • Maintenance of military records of conscripts and conscripts in full;
  • Control of changes in employees who are reserved (dismissal, mobilization, etc.);
  • Consultation/interactionwith the employees of the enterprise regarding issues related to military accounting;
  • Supporting the stages of employee booking;
  • Interaction with the TCC and JV, other state bodies regarding issues related to military accounting.

You will cope with the assigned tasks perfectly if you have:

  • Experience of working with BAS Accounting Corp;
  • Experience of keeping military records in the company;
  • Knowledge of personnel records;
  • Experience of electronic document management ;
  • Business communication skills, high level of responsibility, attention to details.

It would be ideal if:

  • You had to deal with setting up personnel administration from scratch before;< /li>
  • You have experience working with physical archives;
  • You have experience working in the conditions of Diya City;
  • You have knowledge of current legislation regulating military accounting and labor relationship.
