Requirements:
- Experience in the organization and automation of processes in the field of HR or administrative functions.
< li>Prior experience working with large teams and in complex structures.- Attention to details and orientation to solving employment-related tasks.
- Knowledge of labor law and contract processing is an advantage .

Formation of documents when hiring and firing employees:
- Preparation of documentation for hiring, transfer, dismissal;
- Conclusion, change and termination of employment contracts.
- Maintenance of personal files of employees:
- Creation and maintenance of employee personal cards;
- Amendments to documents in case of changes in personal data (name, passport data, etc.).
- Accounting of working hours:
- Control and accounting of time worked by employees;
- Accounting of sick leaves and vacations.
- Maintenance of reporting and statistics :
- Preparation of reports for management.
- Formation of vacations and sick days:
- Preparation of information about annual vacations, at own expense, sick days.
