• search and selection of personnel;
• identification of candidate attraction channels;
• organization of the interview process;
• formation of personnel reserve;
• ensuring the candidate collects initial documents;
• accompanying the initial training process;
• control and adaptation of personnel.

• higher education;
• fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;
• possession Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), 1C;
• knowledge of modern methods of personnel selection and adaptation;
• experience in the organization of the mass selection process.
