Main duties: p>
- Formation of hiring, transfer, dismissal of employees: submission of notification to the tax service and processing in the accounting system;
- Formation of personal files of employees (applications, orders, personal documents of employees, communication with employees regarding registration);
- Formation of job instructions;
- Analysis of work time sheets and their implementation in the accounting system;
- Documentation of sick leave, vacations, employee alimony;

- Participation in the formation of the vacation schedule/reserve, their documentation.
- Participation in the formation and making changes to the staff list;
- Selection of the right position for employees according to the classifier of professions and the current staff list;
- Maintenance of military records of employees (orders, notices, documentation, etc.);
- Participation in drawing up regulations, provisions and rules for the company regarding personnel and military accounting and control of their compliance.
- Participation in the process of booking employees (providing data from the accounting department).
- Control of compliance with residency requirements Diya.City.
- Formation and submission of reporting forms/notifications to the PFC and TCC.
- Analysis of labor legislation, risk analysis and timely informing of management regarding tax changes and financial risks.
>- Management, distribution and control of the performance of duties by subordinate personnel inspectors (2 people).
Our candidate must have:
- Higher education.
- Work experience of 3 years or more in a positionpersonnel inspector/specialist in military accounting.
- Proficient knowledge of tax and labor legislation (preferably Diya.City mode).
- Proficient knowledge of personnel records.
- Knowledge of military accounting .
- Experience in preparing reports/messages regarding personnel and conscripts;
- Experience in managing personnel inspectors.
- Confident user of BAS Corp, M.e.doc, Vchasno systems, bank client programs, Google Docs, Microsoft Office.
Personal qualities:

- Ability to take a non-standard approach to solving certain situations.
