The SWEETONDALE team is looking for a qualified HR manager who will join our team in the city of Kamianske.

Our expectations:

• Experience as a personnel manager or personnel inspector in production/industrial enterprises;
• Knowledge of legislation on labor relations;
• Experience in keeping personnel records;
• Experience in selection and adaptation staff;
• Experienced PC user (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, 1C ZUP)
• Excellent communication skills, productivity, ability to work with large volumes of information, willingness to learn.

Main tasks:

• Personnel administration of an enterprise with a staff of up to 150 specialists;
• Maintenance of military records of the enterprise;
• Tax accounting;
• Administration of employee health insurance;
• Recruitment and adaptation (incoming reviews, organization of interviews).
