Vacancy: HR manager and Recruiter

About us:
KLM Trans is an international transport company that is actively developing and seeks to attract talented professionals to achieve common goals.

Working schedule:
Monday - Friday, 3 pm — 1 am

What we expect from the candidate:

• Mandatory work experience in HR or recruiting ( preference for candidates with experience in the US transportation/trucking industry).
• High level of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• The ability to choose the right staff that will meet company standards.
• Ability to develop a team and create a friendly atmosphere for employees.
• Willingness to learn, develop and implement creative solutions.

  Basic tasks:

  • Selecting qualified candidates to work in the US transport sector.
  • Forming a team in Ukraine that will meet international standards.
  • Ensuring an effective onboarding and training process for new employees.
