Hello. My name is Tetyana, I am the head of the personnel selection and adaptation department at the Viyar company. Currently, our department has 12 incredibly cool, professional, fun super-HRs who love people, know how and where to find great specialists, form effective teams and care about everyone in the company.

• it is important to have 1 year of experience in the search for Middle-level personnel and managers of various categories;
• practical skills of interviews based on competencies;
• understanding of modern search and recruitment tools;

• skills for working with CRM systems for HR will be advantages.

Main tasks:

• full cycle of office personnel selection: managers, leaders and managers, highly specialized specialists;
• participation in the process of adaptation of new employees;
• work with the HRM system - maintaining a database of candidates and recruitment analytics;
• interaction with department heads;
• partial involvement in management personnel accounting;
• participation in the personnel development and training program;
• involvement in HR projects, related to the development of the employer brand and to the company's social initiatives.
