Functional responsibilities:
- Keeps records of the personnel of the Department and established personnel documentation;
- Forms the hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions and orders of the head of the department;
- Forms and manages the personal files of employees, makes, if necessary, changes and additions related to the work activities of employees;
- Prepares the necessary documents of management employees for incentives and awards;
- Fills and stores work books, calculates the length of service, issues certificates on the work activities of management employees;
- Keeps records of the granting of vacations to employees, supervises the compilation and observance of duty schedules leaves;
- Forms the documents necessary for assigning pensions to employees;
- Studies the movement, causes of staff turnover, participates in the development of measures to eliminate them;
- Maintains an archive of personal files and prepares documents for transfer to state storage according to the established terms of current storage
Necessary skills and knowledge:
- Higher education;
- Experience of work in the direction of 2 years or more;
- A confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
