Personnel inspector (military accounting) in Lvivholod TVK, TzOV

Now the company is looking for a personnel inspectorfrom military accounting to join our friendly family.

Basic requirements:

• Availability of a higher education (specialized training in the field of personnel accounting);
• Work experience of 1 year or more;
• Work experience in the field of military accounting at least 1 year;
• Knowledge of 1C, Excel, Word;
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine; 
• Knowledge of the Order of organization and maintenance of military accounting (knowledge of changes according to Order No. 1487);
• Skills of time management and self-organization;
• Responsibility, attention to detail, analytical skills, efficiency, organization.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of personal military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists;
• Compilation of lists of personal military records; 
• Entering information on the number of conscripts, conscripts and reservists, forming cases; schedules of reconciliation of accounting data, reconciliation of data; 
• Preparation of notices about women who are subject to military registration; 
• Preparation of draft orders on notification of conscripts; 
• Timely submission to the TCC and SP of lists of citizens subject to registration at conscription stations; 
• Control over the filling of the information board on military registration; 
• Checking military registration documents upon admission; 
• Preparation of notifications to the TCC and JV about changing account data.
