Maintenance of military records in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine

20% employment:

Participation in the organization and management of the full cycle of HR procedures; 

1. Organization of the necessary personnel accounting and personnel records; 
2. Implementation of the HR strategy in accordance with the plans of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine; 
3. Training, assessment, development and motivation of employees; 
4. Corporate culture management based on the values ​​of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine, holding events and actions aimed at maintaining and spreading them. 

Requirements:

• higher education; 
• work experience in the HR field (in particular, military accounting) from 2 years; 
• system thinking and analytical skills (the ability to draw conclusions based on the analysis of indicators and calculations); 
• demanding to oneself and the results of one's work; 
• fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written), knowledge of the English language will be an advantage; 
• ability to see the situation as a whole and in a long-term perspective; 
• good command of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint; 
• desire and ability to work with people.
