Maintenance of military records in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine
20% employment:
Participation in the organization and management of the full cycle of HR procedures;
- Organization of the necessary personnel accounting and personnel records;
- Implementation of the HR strategy in accordance with the plans of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine;
- Training, assessment, development and motivation of employees;
- Corporate culture management based on the values of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine, holding events and actions aimed at maintaining and spreading them.
Requirements:
- higher education;
- work experience in the HR field (in particular, military accounting) from 2 years;
- system thinking and analytical skills (the ability to draw conclusions based on the analysis of indicators and calculations);
- demanding to oneself and the results of one's work;
- fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written), knowledge of the English language will be an advantage;
- ability to see the situation as a whole and in a long-term perspective;
- good command of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- desire and ability to work with people.
