registration of admissions, transfers, dismissals, sick leave and vacations;

formation and management of personal files and work books of employees;

preparation of orders, staff list, reporting;

timesheeting;

control of labor discipline;

maintenance of personnel archive and case nomenclature;

interaction with state bodies in personnel matters;

incoming/outgoing correspondence;

supporting the work of the office and carrying out the tasks of the manager within the scope of the position.

We expect from you:

work experience as a personnel inspector from 1 year;
