Role: personnel administration inspector.

Location: Kyiv

Responsibilities:

• Regulation of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with current labor legislation;
• Formation and management of personal files of employees;
• Issuance of all types of vacations, organization and control over the timely provision of annual vacations;
• Issue of sick leaves in the personnel department, calculation of insurance and work experience;
• Maintenance of time sheets;
• Preparation and transfer of personnel documents to archive;
• Interaction with supervisory bodies (State Labor, Pension Fund, etc.);
• Preparation of internal and external personnel reports;
• Counseling of employees on issues of labor legislation and personnel procedures.

Requirements:

• Higher education; 
• 3 years of experience in a similar position, management of at least 450 full-time units; 
• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine;
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly, ability to work with a large amount of information; 
• A confident user of MS Office, preferably experience with personnel systems (M.E.Doc, 1C ZUP);

Attention to details, responsibility, ability to work with confidential information, discipline, communication, honesty, customer orientation.
