What we expect:

• Experience in personnel administration - 3-5 years.
• Keeping a full cycle of personnel accounting.
• Decent knowledge of the legislative and legal framework.
• Experience of working with FOPs.
• Knowledge and ability to work with electronic document management.
• Ability to analyze risks, attention to details.
• Willingness to learn.
• Flexibility in communication, not confrontational, the ability to establish cooperation, a positive life orientation.
• Organization, the ability to prioritize and effectively plan work.
• Excellent skills in working with Excel and accounting software (VCHASNO and M.E.Doc).
  
  

Will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of tax legislation and accounting.
• Experience in in the field of process automation.
• Experience in military accounting.
