Personnel inspector in Pro recruitment

We are looking for a HR Inspector who will take over the full cycle of HR administration for our team. Your role is to ensure perfect order in documents and compliance of all processes with the labor legislation of Ukraine.

We are looking for a responsible specialist who loves systematicity, knows the intricacies of KZpP and is ready to become a professional support for the team in all personnel matters.

Key tasks:

• Organization and management of personnel records (admission, dismissal, transfer, vacation, sick leave, vacation schedule);
• Formation of personal files;
• Filling and accounting of work books;
• Organization of timely submission of information for calculating wages and other types of payments to employees;
• Consulting company employees on labor legislation;
• Tracking changes in labor legislation and their implementation in personnel company accounting;
• Compilation of job instructions;
• Preparation and submission of reports.

We expect from you:

• From 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position with the number of 150-300 employees;
• Knowledge of the requirements for drawing up personnel documents;
• Higher education;
• Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, 1C, Google Docs);
• Knowledge of labor legislation and regulatory acts on personnel accounting.
