Working conditions:
- Schedule work: from Mon to Fri, from 9-18/10-19
- Type of employment: full-time,hybrid work format (office/remote) (Kyiv, Olimpiyska st.) — 2-3 days a week in the office
- Employment under gig contract or employment contract
Desired experience and competencies:
- Knowledge of labor legislation and normative acts on personnel accounting and record keeping
- Practical work experience in BAS Corp (or similar), Google Sheets, Google Docs
- Understanding legislative requirements in the field of employment under gig contracts
- experiencekeeping military records
Tasks of the personnel officer:
- Management of personnel records of the company and preparation of employment books, management of gig contracts (staff of 500 employees)
- Introduction of employee data into BAS, formation of orders for hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees
- Development and coordination of staff schedule and job instructions
- Formation and verification of employee time sheets and control of sick leave in the PFU office
- Compilation and control of vacation schedules, accounting for vacation balances
