Personnel inspector in Tekstil-Kontakt, TOV

TK-Style sewing factory is a modern production complex specializing in women's and men's clothing. Namely, in the production of shoulder and waist products, outerwear and corporate clothing. Our factory is part of the "Textile-Contact" group of companies and has been operating since 2003.

We are looking for a responsible, organized and energetic person to join our team for the position of Personnel inspector.

Your duties will be:

• Manage personnel records;
• Formation and management of personnel files;
• Control personnel discipline;
• Preparation of internal and statistical reports;
• Maintenance of military records;
• Participation in the formation of staff lists;
• Support of medical examination procedures;
• Preparation of documents for inspections of state bodies;
• Interaction with accounting and department heads.

Our candidate has: 

• Experience of working as a personnel inspector/specialist in personnel administration - from 5 years;
• In-depth knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine;
• Confident command of personnel administration;
• Experience with PC and office programs;
• Skills in preparing reports and knowledge of labor protection requirements;
• Attention to details, structure, responsibility;
• Resistance to stress and the ability to work in conditions of production discipline.
