Personnel inspector in ViYar, TM

Our trade and production company "Viyar" has been an expert in the creation of individual furniture for over 23 years. We have more than 20 branches, our own production, warehouses and trade showrooms.

Now the company is interested in an experienced HR specialist to work quickly and efficiently with our best staff.

Our expectations:

• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine, personnel administration;
• Working skills at the level of a confident user with Word, Excel; ZUP and work on the PF portal;
• Experience of at least 2 years in the management of personnel records in full;
• Working with large volumes of work (preferably from 400 employees);
• Communication, stress resistance, attention to details, scrupulousness, flexibility.

Main tasks:

• Managing the full cycle of personnel administration (registration, transfer, dismissal, sick leave) of 600 people;
• Formation and management of personal files employees;
• Keeping records of employee vacations, drawing up regular vacation schedules;
• Keeping time sheets (variable schedules);
• Keeping a staff list, drawing up orders for the enterprise;
