Responsibilities:
- organization of personnel records, maintenance of records of the company's employees, execution of personnel procedures, accounting conscripts and conscripts;
- registration of hiring, dismissal and transfer of employees;
- working with the staff list;
- preparation of draft orders on hiring, dismissal and transfer;
- registration and management of personal files of employees, making changes in them related to labor activity;
- maintenance and closing of usage records of working hours (advance + salary)
- maintenance and accounting of work books;
- work with the PFU website (sick letters, submission of information about hired and dismissed employees);

- participation in the automation of personnel processes;
- entering data into the Helsi system, working with the program "Medical Personnel";
- accounting for the granting of all types of vacations to employees, calculation of unused vacation days;
- preparation of labor activity certificates;
- compilation of prescribed reports on work with personnel;
- providing answers to requests, interaction with heads of HR departments questions, submission of reports, etc.
