TRANSBUDTECHNIKA is looking for a responsible and experienced Human Resources Inspector to work in the city of Kamianske. 

Staff 250 employees. 

•  Preparation of proposals for professional training by personnel in accordance with approved schedules and keeping their records;

•  Control over the availability of job instructions, familiarization with them employees, ensuring their preservation and making appropriate changes in them; companies;

•    Formation and sending of personnel documents, keeping registers, submission of reports.

Requirements for candidates:

•    Work experience in a similar position from 2 years;

•  Higher education;

•  High responsibility and result orientation;

•  Knowledge of office and accounting programs; Excellent knowledge of personnel administration: procedure for registration, maintenance and preservation of personnel documentation; Knowledge of rules and norms of labor protection and fire safety, etc.;

•    Resistance to stress;

•    High self-organization and ability to work in a team.
