We are looking for a Personnel inspector to join the team.

We expect from you:

• Experience as a personnel inspector from 2 years;
• Excellent knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and current changes ;
• Skills for working in 1C, Excel;
• Communication and teamwork skills, attentiveness, respect for people, ability to defend one's opinion, purposefulness.

Responsibilities:

• Regulation of hiring, transfer, dismissal of employees;
• Formation of personal files of employees (applications, orders, personal documents of employees);
• Participation in the development of job instructions;
• Formation of vacations;
• Participation in the formation of the schedule/ leave reserve, document them design;
• Formation of internal personnel reporting.
