Main candidate requirements:
- Higher education (preferred); li>
- 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- A confident PC user (1 C BAF, Excel).
Functional Responsibilities:
- Registration, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation.
- Formation and management of personal files of employees (200 people).
- Maintenance of time sheets.
- Compilation of vacation schedules and monitoring of their execution.
- Preparation and submission of reports on HR issues (statistical reporting, PFU, etc.).
- Control and maintenance of military records at the enterprise, providing reports and notifications to the relevant state bodies.
- Development of job instructions.
- Archiving personnel documents.
- Entering all data into the personnel accounting system: carrying out personnel actions in the BAF program.
- Drafting orders (about business trips, vacations, disciplinary sanctions, bonuses, etc.).
- Control over the compliance of the registration of labor relations with legal norms.
- Preparation of documents for inspections by regulatory bodies.
- Consulting employees on issues of labor legislation, internal policies.
- Organization of adaptation of new employees.
- Participation in team formation, conducting measures to increase employee loyalty and corporate developmentorative culture.
